1. 1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

 

WOODGRAD - ONLINE - is the commercial name of SC WOODGRAD SRL , a legal person of Romanian nationality, having its registered office in Bacau , Alexei Tolstoi str. No. 69, jud. Bacau, with registered business number J04/229/2016, unique registration code RO35633242 tax.

 

Seller - WOODGRAD - ONLINE or any partner from WOODGRAD - ONLINE Marketplace.

 

Buyer - may be any natural person over the age of 16 or a legal entity or any legal entity that makes an Account on the Site and performs an Order.

 

Client - may be any natural person over the age of 16 or a legal person who has or obtains access to CONTENT by any means of communication made available by WOODGRAD - ONLINE (electronic, telephone, etc.) or under an agreement existing use between WOODGRAD - ONLINE and the one that requires the creation and use of an Account.

 

User - any natural person over the age of 16 or a legal entity registered on the Site who, through the completion of the Account creation process, has given its consent to the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section.

 

Nickname - A pseudonym by which a particular User / Client / Buyer can add Content to the Site. The nickname is associated with information on the User / Customer / Buyer's Site under the name "User Name".

 

Account - the section of the Site consisting of an email address and a password that allows the Buyer to submit the Order and contains information about the Buyer / Buyer and Buyer History on the Site (Orders, Taxes, Goods Guarantees, etc.). The user is responsible and will ensure that all information entered into the creation of the Account is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

 

Favorites - section of the Account that allows the Buyer / User to create Lists of Goods and Services that they wish to pursue for a possible acquisition using the Service offered by the Seller to track the Goods and Services by receiving Commercial Communications from its part.

 

List - the Favorites section where the Buyer / User can add Goods or Services they wish to pursue for a possible purchase and which he / she can later delete or add to their shopping cart ("My Cart").

 

Lists can be:

My Cart - a section of the Account that allows the Purchaser / User to add Goods or Services he / she wants to acquire at the time of the addition or at a later time; in the event that the Goods or Services are not acquired at the time of addition by making the Order, the Buyer / User will benefit from the Service offered by the Seller to track the Goods and Services by receiving Commercial Communications from him.

 

Site - the online store hosted on Woodgrad.com and its subdomains.

 

Order - an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between Seller and Buyer through which the Buyer submits to the Seller through the Site its intention to purchase Goods and Services on the Site.

 

Goods and Services - any product or service listed on the Site, including the products and services mentioned in the Order to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the Contract concluded.

 

Campaign - the action to expose for commercial purposes a finite number of Goods and / or Services with a limited and predefined stock for a limited period of time set by the Seller.

 

Contract - represents the distance contract concluded between Seller and Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of Seller and Buyer.

 

Content - represents:

 

Review - a written assessment by the owner or beneficiary of a Good or Service, an assessment based on personal experience and ability to make qualitative comments and to say whether or not its Good Service respects the specifications mentioned by the manufacturer.

 

Rating - a way of expressing the satisfaction of a User / Client / Buyer over a product. The rating is expressed in the form of stars, each good being able to receive a score from a star at five stars. This degree of satisfaction will always be associated with the User / Client / Buyer's written review of a Good or Service.

 

Comment - critical appreciation or observation on a Review or other comment.

 

Question - addressing formula to other Users / Clients / Buyers in order to obtain information about the Goods or Services on that page.

 

Answer - written information that is sent to the User / Customer / Purchaser who has addressed a Question on the Site, on a Good Site page. The answer is an explanation given by a User / Client / Buyer to another User / Client / Buyer in a discussion.

 

Document - these Terms and Conditions.

 

Commercial Communications - any type of message sent (such as: e-mail / SMS / phone / mobile push / webpush / etc)   containing general and thematic information, information on similar or complementary products to those you have purchased, information on offers or promotions, information on Goods and Services added in the "My Account / Basket" section or the   " Account / Favorites" as well as other commercial communications such as market research and opinion polls.

 

Transaction - the collection or reimbursement of a sum resulting from the sale of a Good and / or Service by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , Buyer, through the use of the card processor services agreed by the Seller, regardless of the delivery method.

 

Green stamp duty - the amount expressed in ROL, paid by the Seller to the company authorized to take over the collection, transport and recovery / recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, as provided by the legislation in force.

 

Specifications - All specifications and / or descriptions of Goods and Services as specified in their description.

 

One-click payment - the payment service provided by the payment processor integrated into the Site, made available to Clients, Users and / or Buyers via the Site for an online card payment.

 

Token - the unique encrypted number associated with the Buyer's payment card after making an online payment after the PaybyClick service and which may be used by the Buyer to authorize Transactions via the PaybyClick service.

 

  1. 2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS

 

2.1. By registering an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (by telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out his commercial operations.

 

2.2. The notification received by the Buyer after the Order is given is an information and does not represent the acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (by e-mail) or by telephone.

 

2.3. For justified reasons, Seller reserves the right to change the amount of Goods and / or Services in the Order. If you change the quantity of Goods and / or Services in the Order, the Buyer will notify the email address or telephone number made available to the Seller upon making the Order and will refund the amount paid.

 

2.4. The contract is considered to be concluded between the Seller and the Buyer upon receipt by the Buyer from the Seller through the electronic mail and / or SMS of the order notification notification.

 

2.5. For orders to be delivered to WOODGRAD - ONLINE showrooms and delivery points, the prices and reservations of the Goods and / or Services are valid 72 (seventy-second) hours after the Buyer has registered the Order.

 

2.6. The document and information provided by the Seller on the Site will form the basis of the Contract, in addition to being the warranty certificate issued by the Seller or a supplier thereof for the Goods purchased.

 

 

  1. 3. ONLINE SELLING POLICY

 

3.1. Access to an Order is permitted to any User / Buyer.

 

For justified reasons, WOODGRAD - ONLINE reserves the right to restrict the User / Buyer's access to an Order and / or some of the accepted payment methods, if it believes that based on the User's / Buyer's conduct or activity on the Site, its actions could in any way damage WOODGRAD - ONLINE . In any of these cases, the User / Buyer may contact the WOODGRAD - ONLINE Customer Care Department to be informed of the reasons which have led to the application of the above mentioned measures.

 

3.2. Communication with the Seller may be accomplished through direct interaction with the Seller or through the addresses mentioned in the "contact" section of the Site. The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to justify it.

 

3.3 In case of an unusually high volume of traffic from an internet network, WOODGRAD - ONLINE reserves the right to require Users / Buyers to enter the captcha validation codes manually in order to protect the information within the Site.

 

3.4. WOODGRAD - ONLINE may publish on the Site information about Goods and / or Services and / or promotions practiced by it or by any other third party with which WOODGRAD - ONLINE has concluded partnership contracts within a certain time period and within the stock limit available.

 

3.5. All Tariffs on the Goods and / or Services presented on the Site are denominated in RON and include VAT excluding voice and / or data subscriptions that are denominated in euros and do not include VAT

 

3.6. Under the terms of the law, the price of the Electronic Goods displayed on the Site includes the Green Stamp Fee. If the User / Buyer requests details of the exact amount added to the Good, he / she will contact the WOODGRAD - ONLINE Customer Relations Department .

 

3.7. In the case of online payments, the Seller is not / can not be held responsible for any additional cost incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the card issuing bank, if its currency of issue differs from RON. Responsibility for this action is borne only by the Buyer.

 

3.8 All information used to describe the Goods and / or Services available on the Site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc) is not a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, and they are used solely for presentation purposes.

 

3.9. After 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase of a Good or Service, the Buyer will be required to file a Review related to the Purchased Goods or Service. The request will be sent to the email address entered by the Buyer on the Account. In this way, the Buyer contributes to informing other possible Users / Clients / Buyers on the Site and is actively involved in the development of new Services and in fully detailing the characteristics of the Goods.

 

  1. 4. MIGRATION AND SUBCONTRACTING

 

4.1. The Seller may assign and / or subcontract a third party for Services to honor the Order, informing the Purchaser, and not agreeing to it. Seller will always be liable to Buyer for all contractual obligations.

 

  1. 5. THE INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

5.1. Content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized, symbols, trade, still images, dynamic images, text and / or multimedia content displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of WOODGRAD - ONLINE, its being reserved for all rights directly or indirectly (through usage and / or publication licenses).

 

5.2. Customer is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and / or otherwise alter, use, bind, expose, incorporate any Content in any context other than the original intended by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , the inclusion of any Content outside the Site, the removal of the WOODGRAD - ONLINE author 's copyrights from the Content, as well as the participation in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, with the express written consent of WOODGRAD - ONLINE .

 

5.3. Any Content to which the Customer / Buyer / User has and / or obtains access by any means is subject to the Document if the Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid user agreement concluded between WOODGRAD - ONLINE and the User , and without any implied or express warranty by WOODGRAD - ONLINE with reference to that Content.

 

5.4. The Customer / Buyer / User may only copy, transfer and / or use the Content for personal or non-commercial purposes unless they conflict with the provisions of the Document.

 

5.5. If WOODGRAD - ONLINE grants the Customer / Buyer / User the right to use, as described in a separate use agreement, a certain content to which the Customer / Buyer / User has or obtains access under this Agreement, this right extends only to that or those content defined in the agreement only during its existence or content on the Site or the period defined in the Agreement under the defined terms, if any, and does not constitute a contractual commitment from WOODGRAD - ONLINE for that Customer / Buyer / User or any other third party who has / has access to this transferred content by any means and that could or may be harmed in any way from this content during or after the expiration of the use agreement.

 

5.6. No Content sent to the Client, the User or the Buyer by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by accessing, visiting and / or viewing does not constitute a contractual obligation from WOODGRAD - ONLINE and / or the employee / the servant WOODGRAD - ONLINE who mediated the content transfer, if any, to the respective content.

 

5.7. Any use of the Content is forbidden for any purpose other than those expressly permitted in this Document or the use consent accompanying it, if it exists.

 

  1. 6. ORDER

 

6.1. The Customer / Buyer may place Orders on the Site by adding the Goods and / or Services to the shopping cart, and then complete the Order by making the payment in one of the express ways indicated. Once added to your shopping cart, a Good and / or a Service is available for purchase to the extent that there is a stock available for that. Adding a Good / Service to your shopping cart, in the absence of completion of the Order, does not entail the registration of an order, or the automatic reservation of the Goods / Service.

6.4. The Seller may cancel the Buyer's Purchase Order upon prior notice to the Purchaser, without any subsequent liability of any party to the other, or without any party claiming the other damages in the following cases:

6.4.1. non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the buyer's card of the transaction in the case of online payment;

6.4.2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor agreed by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , in case of online payment;

6.4.3. the data provided by the Customer / Buyer on the Site is incomplete and / or incorrect;

 

6.5. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, either to return a Good or to renounce a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than the delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO No. 34/2014, the return period of a Good or a waiver of a Service expires within 14 days of:

 

6.6. If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, he will be able to complete the return form online at http: // www. woodgrade . com / info / form / return.

 

6.7. If the Customer / Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, he must return any gifts accompanying the product. In the event that the Purchase Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the amount within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the Buyer informs the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be returned as follows:

6.7.1. for Orders with online card -> by returning to the account from which the payment was made;

6.7.2. for orders Paid with Op / ramburs / iTransfer / Bankcard-> by bank transfer;

6.7.3. for Orders paid through consumer credit -> cancellation / recalculation of contract rates.

 

6.8. Seller will be able to postpone reimbursement until receipt of the Goods sold or receipt of proof that they have been shipped if they have not offered to recover the Goods themselves (the most recent date will be taken).

 

6.9. In the event that a Customer and / or Service ordered by the Buyer can not be delivered by the Seller, the latter will inform the Customer / Buyer of this fact and will return to the Buyer's account the value of the Goods and / or the Service, within the within 7 (seven) days from the date on which Seller acknowledges this fact and the date when the buyer has expressly stated its intention to terminate the Contract.

 

6.10. The availability of a Good will be displayed on the Site as follows:

 

  1. 7. GOODS / SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF RETURN IS NOT ENSURED

 

7.1. The following are exempt from the right to withdraw from the Contract:

7.1.1. service contracts after full service, if execution has begun with the express prior consent of the Purchaser and after confirming that he has become aware that he will lose the right to withdraw after the Seller completes the Contract;

7.1.2. the provision of Goods and / or Services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the Seller can not control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

7.1.3. the provision of Goods made according to the specifications submitted by the Buyer or clearly personalized;

7.1.4. the provision of Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

7.1.5. the provision of Sealed Goods that can not be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which has been unsealed by the Purchaser;

7.1.6. the provision of Goods that are, after delivery, in their nature inseparably mixed with other items;

7.1.7. the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of conclusion of the Contract, the delivery of which can not be made before 30 (thirty) days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the Seller can not control;

7.1.8. contracts where the Buyer specifically requested the Seller to move to his home to perform urgent repairs or maintenance work. If, on such a visit, the Seller provides services other than those expressly requested by the Purchaser or supplies other Goods than spare parts indispensable for the performance of maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those Services or Additional Goods ;

7.1.9. the provision of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed after delivery;

7.1.10. the provision of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the provision of such publications;

7.1.11. the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the Buyer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware that he will lose his right to withdraw.

 

  1. 8. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

8.1. WOODGRAD - ONLINE will protect the confidentiality of any kind of information you provide. Disclosure of the information provided may only be made under the conditions set out in this document.

 

8.2. No public statement, promotion, press release, or other disclosure to third parties will be made by Buyer / Client with respect to the Order / Contract without Seller's prior written consent.

 

8.3. By transmitting information or materials through this site, you grant the Seller unrestricted and irrevocable access to, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute these materials or information. You also agree that the Seller may freely use, for his own benefit, such information, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you have sent us through the Site. WOODGRAD - ONLINE will not be subject to obligations regarding the confidentiality of the submitted information, unless the legislation in force specifies otherwise.

 

  1. 9. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

 

9.1. Buyer / User / Customer may change at any time the option of the Seller's agreement for Commercial Communications containing general and thematic information including information on offers or promotions as follows:

9.1.2. by changing account settings to the "My Subscriptions" section;

9.1.3. by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in the Commercial Communications received from the Seller; or

9.1.4. by contacting the Seller.

 

9.2. By adding Goods or Services in the Account section:

" My Cart ", the Seller will inform the Purchaser / User of Commercial Communications of:

9.3. Following the purchase of a Good or Service, the Seller will inform the Purchaser / User of Commercial Communications of:

 

9.4. The Customer / User may unsubscribe at any time from the Commercial Communications referred to in paragraph 9.3. above by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in the commercial messages received from WOODGRAD - ONLINE or by contacting WOODGRAD - ONLINE for this purpose.

 

9.5. Also, to improve your supply of Goods and Services and your buying experience, we will use your data to conduct market research and opinion polls. Information obtained from these market research and opinion polls will not be used for advertising purposes but only for those mentioned above.   1. 10. INVOICING - PAYMENT  

 

10.1. Prices of Goods and Services displayed on the www. Woodgrad.com includes VAT according to the legislation in force.

 

10.2. The price, method of payment and payment term are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue to the Buyer an invoice for the Goods and Services delivered, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the information required to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

 

10.3. The Seller will provide the Buyer with the invoice relating to the Order containing Goods and / or Services sold by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , except for the Goods and / or Services sold by the WOODGRAD - ONLINE Marketplace partners , as well as for any other payments related to the Order, exclusively in electronic format, adding the invoice to the Buyer's Account or by e-mail to the email address mentioned by the Buyer in your Account.

 

10.4. In order to correctly communicate the invoice relating to the Order, the Buyer has the obligation to update his account data and to access the information and documents related to each Order, existing in the Account.

 

10.5. By this means of communication, the Buyer, by accessing his Account, will keep a record of the bills issued by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , saving their archive at any time and in any way they wish.

 

10.6. By sending the Order, the Buyer expresses the agreement to receive invoices in electronic format by adding them by WOODGRAD - ONLINE to their Account via the electronic mail at the e - mail address mentioned in their Account.

 

10.7. If this information is unavailable for more than 48 (forty-four hours) of hours in the Account, please report this to us at: info @ Woodgrading.com .

 

10.8. PaybyClick payment is a quick way to pay online with the card, which consists in making a one-click payment by using the card Token, without having to enter the details of the payment card for each transaction.

 

10.9. The Payment Option with 1 click can be activated by the User or Buyer:

For the avoidance of doubt, the amount of 1 leu will not be debited from the User / Buyer's account, being only temporarily blocked by the card issuing bank in order to validate the card data entered.

 

b) When placing an Order.

Thus, upon activating the "One-Click Payment" option on the Site, the Token payment card data entered by the User / Buyer will be assigned a Token that can be used later for Transactions. After enabling the "One-Click Payment" option, the Buyer will be able to pay the following Orders ("One-Click Payment") without re-entering the already saved payment card data. By entering the card data the User / Buyer confirms that he / she has been previously informed and accepted the terms and conditions of using the "One-Click Payment" service. 

 

10.10 The User / Purchaser's payment card data will not be accessible to WOODGRAD - ONLINE nor will it be stored by WOODGRAD - ONLINE or by the payment processor integrated into the Site, but only by the Transaction Authorization Authority or another an entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, the identity of which the User / Buyer will be informed before entering the data.

The authorized entity to provide card data storage services is PayU SA, a company incorporated and operating under Polish law, registered in the Enterprise Register of the Poznań-Nowe Miasto I Wilda w Poznaniu Tribunal under the registration number 0000274399, having its registered office located in 182 Grunwaldzka, 60-166 Poznan, Poland.

 

10.11. In certain cases, in order to maintain the security of the Transactions, the Purchaser will be required to authorize the payment by re-entering the account password or using the fingerprint for the mobile terminals that have this facility.

 

10.12. For Transaction Security reasons, the User / Buyer is advised not to remain logged in to the Site and set the automatic logon option on mobile devices. Account password disclosure is not permitted and a strong password is recommended (eg, at least eight characters, including capital letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).

 

10.13. The Customer / User / Buyer can enter the data of multiple payment cards that he holds, for which the PaybyClick payment option can be activated, with one Token per payment card associated. Also, the User / Buyer can at any time delete any Token disable the PaybyClick service.

 

  1. 11. DELIVERY OF GOODS

 

11.1. The terms of delivery of Goods and Services sold by WOODGRAD - ONLINE are listed in the Order Delivery section .

 

11.2. Terms of delivery of goods and services sold by partners WOODGRAD - ONLINE Marketplace section WOODGRAD - ONLINE Marketplace .

 

11.2. The Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.

 

11.3. Seller will only deliver the Goods and Services on the territory of Romania.

 

  1. 12. WARRANTIES

 

12.1. All Goods marketed by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , with the exception of resigilable goods , benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with applicable laws and commercial policies of producers. Goods are new (with the exception of Resigned Goods) in their original packaging and come from sources licensed by each manufacturer.

 

12.2. In the case of Goods sold and delivered by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , warranty certificates are either issued directly by the manufacturer, if it has a national service network or is issued by SC WOODGRAD SRL, WOODGRAD - ONLINE service partner . In the case of guarantee certificates issued by SC WOODGRAD SRL, we offer the service "Pick-up & Return" which involves the taking over and delivery of the Goods under free conditions.

 

12.3. In the case of Goods sold and delivered by WOODGRAD - ONLINE through the Marketplace partners, the Buyer will receive for each Guaranteed Property a warranty certificate with all details of the service center that provides repairs during the warranty period. The warranty of goods purchased through WOODGRAD - ONLINE from Marketplace partners is ensured by the authorized service mentioned on the Merchant Guarantee Certificate or the Seller.

 

12.4. For the Goods under warranty based on warranty certificates issued by SC WOODGRAD SRL, WOODGRAD - ONLINE Service Partner , WOODGRAD - ONLINE will deliver these warranty certificates to the Buyer exclusively in electronic form by adding the guarantee certificate related to the Goods in Buyer's Account or by e-mail, to the email address mentioned by the Buyer in his / her Account.

 

12.5. In order to correctly communicate the warranty certificate for the Goods in the Order, the Buyer is under the obligation to update his account data whenever necessary and to access the information and documents related to each Order placed in the Account.

By this means of communication, the Purchaser, accessing his Account from www. woodgrade . com , will keep a record of the warranty certificates issued by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , saving their archive in turn at any time and in any way they wish.

If this information is unavailable for 48 (forty hours) of hours in the client account, please report this to us at info @ woodgrade . com .

 

12.6. In the case of warranty certificates issued by manufacturers, the defamed goods claim during the warranty period must be presented directly to the nearest service center mentioned in the certificate. This manufacturer-authorized center will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty.

The lack of the Goodwill Guarantee Certificate must be reported within 48 (fourty-eight hours) of the receipt of the Good at info@woodgraph.co.uk . com . Any subsequent referral will not be considered.

 

12.7. In the case of the Resigned Goods, the guarantee certificate is issued by WOODGRAD - ONLINE , and the guarantee may cover a different period than the warranty period of the same New Good, sealed. The warranty period is specified in the warranty certificate for each Resell-Free Goods. The conditions of use, handling and transportation of a Resale Goods are the same as those of sealed products and benefit from the same services unless otherwise stated on the product page.

 

  1. 13. TRANSFER OF THE PROPERTY PROPERTY

 

13.1. Property on the Goods will be transferred upon delivery after the Buyer has paid for the location indicated in the Purchase Order (understood by delivery - the receipt of the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier or the signature on the tax invoice in the case of deliveries made by the Seller's staff) .

 

  1. 14. RESPONSIBILITY

 

14.1. The Seller may not be liable for damages of any kind that the Purchaser or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller's fulfillment of any of its obligations under the Order and for damages resulting from the use of the Goods and Services after delivery and, their loss.

15.1. Writing Reviews, Comments, Questions and Answers can be done by Users / Clients / Buyers in the "Customer Questions & Answers" section and "Reviews". The information submitted may be both positive and negative, and will refer to the characteristics and the use of a product or service.

 

15.2. At the time of registering a certain Review / Comment / Site Question / Answer, Users / Customers / Buyers grant the Seller a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited Terminal license and entitle Seller to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and display this content.

 

15.3. Each User / Client / Buyer, when submitting the Review / Comment / Question / Answer in the mentioned sections, undertakes to observe the following rules:

- to refer only to features and / or how to use a particular product or service, avoiding information on issues that may change (promotional price or offers) or information on how the order is made;   

- to use only the Romanian language. Words or phrases that, although not considered Romanian, are widely used in all environments related to that domain (eg mouse, notebook, plug and play);   

- Use an appropriate, non-defensible language without terms that may offend or affect any other User / Client / Buyer;   

- Ensure that the content entered on the Site is correctly framed: Any Question will be included in the "Customer Questions & Answers" section, and any Review will be included in the "Reviews" section.   

- Ensure that the information they enter is realistic, fair, non-insignificant, and in accordance with applicable laws, including the rights of others, copyright, trademark, license or other proprietary rights, advertising or privacy;   

- use this feature only to communicate or obtain additional details of a particular product or service on the Site without reference to other companies promoting the sale and purchase of products or services;

15.5. When a User / Client / Buyer reports that a Review / Comment / Question / Response is inappropriate from a strictly subjective perspective, this content is carefully examined by the Seller to determine whether it violates the Site Terms and Conditions . Texts, photos, or videos you enter are removed from the Site only after they have been reviewed by Seller.

18.2. If within 15 (fifteen) days of its occurrence, that event does not cease, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the termination of the contract without one of them being able to claim the other damages. 

 

  1. 19. APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION

 

19.1. This contract is subject to Roman law. Any litigation between the Seller and the Users / Buyers will be solved amicably or, if this is not possible, the litigations will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Bucharest.

20.1. Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances that have a negative impact on the environment and human health if they are not collected separately.

Taking into consideration the provisions of GEO 195/2005 - related to environmental protection and GEO 5/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, customers will consider the following:

 

20.1.1. buyers are required not to remove waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) as unsorted municipal waste and to separately collect these WEEE;

20.1.2. collection of such waste (WEEE) will be carried out through the public WEEE collection service, directly by WOODGRAD - ONLINE (according to points 19.1.3 and 19.1.4) and through collection centers organized by authorized economic operators for the collection of WEEE;

20.1.3. customers can surrender WEEE free of charge to the collection points specified at the time of purchase of a new product in the same category; Thus, WOODGRAD - ONLINE applies the WEEE collection policy in a one-to-one take-over system, according to the legislation in force, if the equipment taught is equivalent and has the same functions as the newly supplied equipment; WOODGRAD - ONLINE clients can deliver WEEE equivalent to all WOODGRAD - ONLINE Showrooms ;

Household washers with a nominal capacity of 3.5 kg:
